Our Italian policy brief, Adattare il Servizio Pubblico all’età delle piattaforme: tradizione nazionale, innovazione tecnologica e bisogni del pubblico, that is associated with our second work package is now available. This report proposes a series of findings and recommendations regarding the organisational and cultural challenges facing PSM in six markets across five countries (Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Poland and the UK), giving specific attention to the Italian case.
